Our Unlimited Plans let you complete as many graphic designs as you need for your business. You only have to pay a fixed fee every month. There’s no hourly charges, no hidden charges for every revision made, nor charges for every project completed.

Yes, you can. Every graphic design you request will get in queue accordingly. On average, a design takes 1-3 business days to complete. Complicated designs such as a website landing page will need more time. We want your project to take off successfully. So take some time to plan your project timeline and make a checklist of all the resources and graphic designs you need to make your project a success.

With our Unlimited Plans, we don’t charge by the hour. You only have to pay a fixed fee every month. You can expect a design takes 1-3 business days to complete on average. However, complicated designs such as a website landing page will need more time.

Most designs will take, on average 1-3 business days to complete. More complex design projects such as pitch decks, infographics, multi-page booklets or a website landing page will require more time.

Yes. All Unlimited Plans come with a 3-day free trial. No upfront payment and credit card required to start your free trial.

Our free trial lets you experience how it feels to work with the Limitless Design Team.

However, designs made during the free trial will be submitted with a watermark of the Limitless Design company logo. Once you subscribe to our Unlimited Plan, you can download the designs without watermark from your Google Drive.

By subscribing to our Super Starter Unlimited Plan, you can design anything in these categories:

4. Social media: social post design, story design, banner design, thumbnail design, header & cover design, social media ads design, etc.

However at the moment, we don’t offer custom illustration designs and animations.

Yes, we can. Projects of this scale take time and require extensive reviews, revisions, and approvals for each page. All our websites are developed using Elementor on WordPress. If you have a preferred CMS (e.g. Shopify, SquareSpace, Wix, EasyStore, etc), do notify us before commencement of your project.

However, we DO NOT offer app development services.

Let us know what you want to change. You can also show us samples of what your vision looks like. And we’ll keep refining until the design matches your vision.

Yes, as long as you provide the instructions in English and all of the content associated with the project. We do not translate texts.

This ultimately depends on the design request in your queue. You should expect output delivery every working day regardless of the complexity.

If you are currently experiencing a slower than normal turnaround time, it may be due to confusion within the project itself. Reach out to your Project Manager. We will investigate immediately and complete that project as quickly as we can.

You can send a graphic design request to your Project Manager via WhatsApp. Let us know what you need and we’ll confirm the design specifications (design size, copywriting, etc) with you.

Tell your Project Manager what you’d like to change in the design. If you’re unsure and would like to get professional inputs, you can discuss the details with your Project Manager.

You can make as many revisions as you need until the design matches your vision.

When submitting your design request, tell your Project Manager that you want multiple versions of that particular design. Your designer will deliver as per your request.

Once the design has been completed, we’ll update the status of progress on Freedcamp. We’ll also notify you via WhatsApp and send you a link to download the design.

We are based in Kuching, the capital city of Sarawak, Borneo.

Our business hours are from 9am – 5pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am – 12pm (Saturday). We are off on Sundays, and during national & state public holidays. 

However, you can submit a design request anytime. If you have an urgent request, please submit them from Monday through Wednesday. Requests submitted within these days are more likely to be delivered, revised, and fully completed before the end of the week. Design requests submitted after Saturday 12PM (+8GMT) will be worked on Monday.
